1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and PHMerry ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the PHMerry website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on PHMerry, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full — including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any update means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to check this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on PHMerry, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of PHMerry or any of its partners.
• Not have a previously suspended or permanently banned account on PHMerry or any affiliated platform.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required period may result in account restriction.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is allowed one registered account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under a different name, email address, or device — are considered a violation of these Terms and subject to termination.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. PHMerry may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before you can access certain features, make withdrawals, or claim bonuses. Accepted verification documents include a valid Philippine government- issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or voter's ID.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with anyone. PHMerry will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

For added security, we support OTP (one-time password) for login and withdrawal confirmation. We strongly recommend enabling this feature on your account settings.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on PHMerry are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). We do not accept foreign currencies as direct payment, nor do we support cryptocurrency for betting deposits or wagering.

Supported payment methods include Philippine online and mobile banking, over-the-counter bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Availability may vary. Check the Platform's payment section for the current list of accepted channels.

Key points regarding transactions:

• Deposits are credited once the payment gateway confirms successful receipt.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may be restricted from withdrawing.
• PHMerry does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may have its own charges.
• Withdrawals to a payment method different from the deposit source may require additional verification.
• We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

5 Gameplay & Betting Rules

PHMerry offers a range of gaming products including online slots, live casino games, sports betting, eBingo, and online poker. Each product category has its own specific game rules available within the Platform. By placing a bet or joining a game, you agree to those specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final. PHMerry reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical errors, incorrect odds caused by a system fault, or events that are clearly outside normal operating parameters. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

For sports betting, results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or league. PHMerry covers popular Philippine and international events including PBA basketball, NBA, volleyball, boxing, football, and esports titles. Final settlement decisions rest with PHMerry's trading team and are binding.

We do not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or market. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access. Active bets affected by maintenance will be handled per the specific game's rules.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, PHMerry may offer bonuses, cashback, reload promotions, or other incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, and validity periods.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address, and device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to games not listed in the promotion terms.
• PHMerry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its discretion with or without notice.
• If we detect that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim the same offer — is a violation of these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

To protect all players and the integrity of the Platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating or collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Use of bots or automation tools — any software that interacts with the Platform on your behalf without human input.
• Fraudulent payments — initiating chargebacks, using stolen payment credentials, or funding an account with proceeds of crime.
• Multi-accounting — operating more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Exploitation of technical errors — knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, or misconfigured odds.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.

PHMerry reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. Confirmed violations may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using PHMerry, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

We take data security seriously. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Sensitive account actions such as withdrawals and password changes are additionally secured through OTP confirmation.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with our legal obligations.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

PHMerry may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory body.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity linked to the account.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our dormancy policy.
• You request self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming program.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, legitimate funds will be returned through your verified payment method. Bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally, and any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

10 Limitation of Liability

PHMerry provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error- free access to the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PHMerry shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11 Changes to These Terms

PHMerry reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using PHMerry and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
